Spanish Women Football League side, Madrid CFF has announced the signing of Nigeria Super Falcons forward, Opeyemi Ajakaye on Wednesday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

"The Madrid Women's Football Club and the Nigerian international player, Opeyemi Ajakaye, have reached an agreement for her to become a new player in the Club's first team." The club stated on their website.

Ajakaye who joined from Nigeria Women Football League side, Robo Queens signed a deal till 2027.

The former Falconet star scored four goals in the last U-20 World Cup held in India where Nigeria reached the quarter final.

She is the club's second acquisition this winter after the arrival of Gio Queiroz from Arsenal.
