NNL: League to begin November 8
The 2025/2026 Nigeria National League season will begin on Saturday, November 8, 2025 after the draws were made, Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.
This was agreed at the league's 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, at the Chuckker Resort in Kaduna State.
Present at the meeting was the Nigeria Football Federation led by its president Ibrahim Gusau, delegates and representatives from 36 participating clubs ahead of the new football season.
The draws for the new season were made as 36 teams were grouped into four groups as Conference A to D.
In Conference A, Abia Comets FC, Beyond Limits FA, Crown FC, Edel FC, E-World United FC, Inter Lagos FC, Sunshine Stars FC, Heartland FC, Godswill Akpabio United FC, Smart City.
Conference B hasĀ Akwa United, Abakaliki FC, Ekiti United, Dakkada FC, Sporting Lagos, First Bank FC, Stormers SC, Rovers FC & Solution FC.
ABS FC, FC Basira, Doma United FC, Lobi Stars FC, City FC, Kada Warriors, Mighty Jets FC, Sokoto United FC make up Conference C.
Bichi First FC, Jigawa Golden Stars FC, Ranchers Bees, Adamawa United, Sporting Supreme FC, Gombe United, Kebbi United, Yobe Desert Stars FC in Conference D.
