Going a goal down against Shooting Stars of Ibadan in recent times have been difficult for teams especially with the current form of the Oluyole Warriors, but Niger Tornadoes did not only get back into the game but also picked the maximum points when both sides clashed on Monday, Nigeriasoccernet.com writes.

A big result for the relegation strugglers Tornadoes but it was one man's half-time team talk that did the magic.

Speaking after the game against Shooting Stars, Mohammed who is the acting Technical Adviser of Niger Tornadoes said:

"I told them that as far as football is concerned, it is not over until it is over. If they can score us one goal, we can go in the second half and equalise, possibly win the match. That is exactly what happened. All I told them is to calm down in front of goal and then take their chances."

The win against Shooting Stars moved Niger Tornadoes out of the drop zone to 14th on the log as they prepare for this weekend's trip to Benin where they'll play Bendel Insurance.
