Ghanaian midfielder Buaben steps up pre-season with Scottish giants Heart of Midlothian

Ghanaian midfielder Prince Buaben is picking up his full fitness and stepping up his game as he returns from injury from last season to begin pre-season preparations with Scottish giants Heart of Midlothian.
The 27-year-old missed the last stages of last season with a nagging leg injury but has now returned and playing active part of the Jambos pre-season.
On Saturday the former Ajax Amsterdam midfielder was part of the second XI for Heart of Midlothian when they capped off their pre-season tour of Ireland with a 4-2 win over Shelbourne at Tolka Park.
Buaben was influential for Heart of Midlothian in their promotion campaign as he scored four (4) times in 21 league games.
