Ghanaian defender Seth Owusu played for full throttle for Sagrada Esperança as they beat Recreativo Da Caala to progress in the Angolan FA Cup.

The impressive left-back returned to the squad after a minor injury set-back and dictated the pace for his new side as they won 5-4 on penalties following a 1-1- draw in regulation time.

The former Hearts of Oak and Medeama defender was voted man-of-the match during his side’s barren draw against Athletico Sporting Academica in a league match last Saturday.

Owusu has been towering at the back for Sagrada Esperança since he joined few months ago as a free agent.
