Nigeria Women Football League side, Edo Queens earned a big win over Kada Queens in the round of 32 of the President Federation Cup on Wednesday at the Area 3 Sports Complex, Abuja, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Obaseki Girls scored 4 goals in each half to trounce the Kaduna based side 8-2 to progress to the round of 16 in style.

A Goal Each, From Kafayat Mafisere, Captain Suliat Abideen, Emem Essien and Goodness Osigwe saw Edo Queens with the big advantage.

Essien netted her second to make it five for Edo Queens while Abdulrasheed Mariam's brace ( 70, 79 minutes) and a goal from Godwin Eunice in the 90th minute completed the bashing of Kada Queens.

The captain of the Edo side Suleyat Abideen immediately after the game dedicated the mouthwatering victory to the Governor of Edo State Mr Godwin Obaseki and the first lady Dr Betsy Obaseki.

"We promised the Governor and our first lady that we are going to redouble our efforts to bring laurels to the state, and this is the way to reciprocate government's kind gesture. We have never had it so good until Governor Obaseki came onboard as our governor.
