Following their win in the Nigeria Premier Football League week six game, Sunshine Stars Coach, Edith Agoye can only wish for more better outings as they seek to achieve continental places, Nigeriasoccerenet.com can report.

Agoye's team got a vital one nil win over Bayelsa United at the weekend courtesy of Chukwudi Stephen's first half strike, win which took them to fifth place in the NPFL group B log.

Agoye expressed happiness over the win and hopes they get better to reach their ultimate goal.

"Its a very good one that whenever we play, we create chances either home or away games, its shows how good we are as a team,” Agoye told media.

“What we need do now is to work on the boys in training and make them to convert those chances and hopefully it will be coming in numbers.

“We want to continue to push on and get more points for us to get to the continent, this is a club that have been to the continental football on many occasion and we will do everything we can this season to make it happen again,” he said.

Sunshine Stars will host Niger Tornadoes come Sunday in the match day 7 fixture at the Ondo Sport Complex.
