CHELSEA at work on finalizing HIGUAIN's arrival

After the weekend's over, Argentinian international striker Gonzalo Higuain (31) is set to leave AC Milan for good, and join Chelsea. Blues are working on an 18 month-long loan deal, to be agreed on with Juventus. Bianconeri, on their hand, are aiming to a mandatory buy-back, though London club's current policy on signing over-30 players on a full basis is quite a strict one.
