Valencia CF coach Carlos Corberán ahead of the matchday three encounter against high flying Getafe CF has revealed that his side are well prepared and as such ready to give their best, highlighting how Christantus Uche has been so pivotal for Geta Azulones so far this season, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Uche has played major role in both of Getafe's win this campaign and he will be hoping to continue that when they face Valencia despite the disappointment of failed Wolves switch.

"Uche played the two previous matches with them and has proven to be a very important player," Corberán said in his pre-match conference.

"He's a player who has proven his worth in the First Division and who Premier League clubs have wanted. When you face top-level players, it only increases your motivation and the demand to give your best."

“It's simple, I work on the match by preparing for ourselves. We want matches to depend on the level we show on the field, regardless of who the opposing team has on the bench or in the starting lineup. The important thing is our mentality and desire to play a great game.”

With the transfer window still open, Uche's departure isn't entirely ruled out.
