The Black Starlets will play at this year’s WAFU B U17 tournament in Burkina Faso, the Ghana Football Association has confirmed.

It will be recalled that Ghana were disqualified from playing at this year's African Junior Championship in Niger for fielding an overage player against Cameroon in the final round qualifier.

The tournament will run from 3-13 September 2015.

Organizers are yet to confirm participation countries and the competition plan.

Last year, Benin won the tournament hosted by Togo after a 2-1 victory over Mali in the final.

Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets finished third after a 3-0 win over the hosts.
