Antonio Conte confirms David Luiz to return to Chelsea squad vs. West Brom

Antonio Conte says David Luiz will be back in the Chelsea squad to face West Brom on Saturday.
Luiz was dropped by Conte for Chelsea's 1-0 win over Manchester United on Nov. 5, with the Blues boss saying it was purely a "tactical decision."
However, in a news conference on Friday, Conte confirmed that Luiz will be involved against West Brom at The Hawthorns.
Conte reiterated dropping Luiz was a "technical decision," before adding: "Every single player has to accept my decision. It's normal. I'm hear to speak for my team ahead of an important game."
