As per the report we gathered from BSN Sports, Kevin Akpoguma have arrived Super Eagles camp ahead of Nigeria's Super Eagles AFCON 2023 qualifier's clash with Guinea Bissau.

Kevin who plays for Hoffenheim in Germany arrived on Sunday according to the report.

"No other players have arrived apart from Kevin Akpoguma who will come into the camp tonight (Sunday night), as revealed to BSN Sports. Moses Simon and Kelechi Iheanacho were other two players who have arrived Super Eagles camp.

Super Eagles will have the first training session on Monday at 5:00pm at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.

Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro invited 23 players to prosecute the double headers between the three times African champions and Guinea Bissau slated to hold next Friday at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja at 5:00pm.

Nigeria in group A are topping the table with 6 points from two matches and closely followed by Guinea Bissau who have garnered 4 points from two games. Super Eagles will have the AFCON ticket sealed if they beat Guinea Bissau home and away.

Sierra Leone and Sao Tome and Principe have 1 and 0 point to be placed 3rd and 4th on the log respectively.
