Villarreal CF Honoured Nigerian Forward Samuel Chukwueze On Becoming The Youngest El Submarino Amarillo Player To Reach 200 appearances, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Super Eagles winger was celebrated by the Spanish Football club on Monday alongside other players of the club who achieved similar feat.

He was presented with a commemorative shirt by the club president, Fernando Roig..

Other players honoured are Spanish Yeremy Jesús Pino Santos, Dani Parejo and French defender Étienne René Capoue, all three reach their 100 appearances with Villarreal in all competitions respectively.

Chukwueze who joined Villareal in 2018 attained the enviable height after he came in as a substitute in the 4-2 victory against Espanyol.
