WILFRED NDIDI ruined Frank Lampard’s Stamford Bridge homecoming as he spoiled the party late on to claim a point for Leicester.

The Nigerian midfielder was caught in possession with just seven minutes on the clock by Mason Mount as the Chelsea youngster stole the ball to fire the hosts into the lead

It was the dream start for Lampard in his first home game in charge, as former captain John Terry and tennis legend Boris Becker watched on.

But his side failed to build on their lead and they were punished in the second half.

Ndidi rose highest from a James Maddison corner to rifle home a header and earn a draw to leave Lampard still looking for his first win as Blues boss.
