Vitoria Guimaraes President Julio Mendes has confirmed the imminent departure of Ghana midfielder Bernard Mensah.

The 20-year-old has been linked to a sensational move to Manchester United after impressing in the just ended campaign at Vitoria Guimaraes.
Mensah is now also being linked to join his former coach Rui Vitoria at Benfica.
Guimaraes President Julio Mendes has conceded he would be losing the emerging star in the summer transfer window alongside Andre Andre.

Mendes is however holding out to make a big cash-in off the sale of the latest Ghana international.
Mensah played almost all the games for Vitoria Guimaraes in the just ended season where they finished 5th in the Portuguese top flight.
