The Nigeria U-23 team will be leaving Ibadan, Nigeria for Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on Wednesday for their AFCON qualifying match.

 

Preparations are in top shape to see the team travel to Tanzania's capital city in time for the crucial tie according to BSN Sports.com.

 

The U-23 Eagles are scheduled to play the the Tanzania U-23 side in a two legged affair in a bid to secure berth for the U-23 African Cup of Nations and the Olympics.

 

The team have camped at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan for a week now gearing up for the encounter will intense trainings and a friendly match on Thursday.

 

Tanzania will host the first leg of the fixture in the weekend of 21st – 23rd October, with the return leg due in Nigeria on Saturday, 29th October.
