Super Eagles set for friendly against Venezuela in November

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will face Venezuela in an international friendly match in the United States on November 14, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The venue for the match has yet to be confirmed.

This friendly will serve as part of the Super Eagles' preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

Nigeria last played Venezuela in 2012, winning 3-1 with goals from Brown Ideye, Nosa Igiebor, and Ogenyi Onazi.

The match comes ahead of Nigeria's final fixtures in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, where they will face Lesotho and Benin Republic in October.
