Schalke 04 will appoint club legend Gerald Asamoah as the club’s assistant U-15 coach.
The Ghanaian-born ex-German international has called time on his career after a 11-year spell at the club.
The 34-year-old, who is a cult figure, is line to be appointed as the club’s youth assistant coach.
Asamoah will play his testimonial match on November 14 at the Veltins Arena.
