Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday, the Nigerian said: “We are ready. I think it will be a good match. We have been training hard throughout the week, and I believe we will perform well.”

Ndidi joined Be?ikta? this summer and assured fans his transition has been smooth. Asked about his adaptation, he responded: “I can confidently say that I am 100% ready. My adaptation process is also progressing smoothly. Joining a top-level team like Be?ikta? has made me aware that I must always be physically prepared.”

He credited his progress to the club’s staff and teammates: “The support and guidance from our coach and teammates have been invaluable. With their assistance, I am navigating this adaptation process much more easily.”

Looking ahead, Ndidi stressed the importance of teamwork: “Football is not an individual game. I believe I will contribute positively to the team, but my contributions will be collective rather than individual.”

The midfielder is expected to play a key role as Be?ikta? aims to advance past Lausanne and secure a place in the group stages.
