Inter Milan will conclude discussions on the potential sale of Ghana youngster Isaac Donkoh to Bari by on Wednesday, according to reports in Italy.

A meeting this week between officials of the two clubs will decide the fate of the impressive Ghanaian youngster.

Inter are ready to sell the Ghanaian alongside a host of other youth players including Gaston Camara to balance their books following the arrival of AS Monaco's  Geoffery Kondogbia and Miranda from Athletico Madrid.

The 20-year-old joined Inter Milan from lower tier-side Padova.
