Vera Samuel opened the score in the 28th minute before Tumininu Adeshina restored parity three to the end of the half-time.
Mega Cynthia brought the Yenagao side back to the lead on 47 minutes before Vera increased the lead on 61 minutes and completed her hat-trick six minutes later to seal the win.
They were unbeaten throughout the League phase and won 3 out of 4 games in the Super Six to clinch their sixth title in history.
They will represent the country at WAFU-B tournament for a chance to qualify for the 2025 CAF Women's Champions League.
