Iraqi side Erbil FC has confirmed the signing of Remo Stars skipper Nduka Junior, who also captained Nigeria’s Super Eagles B team at the CHAN tournament, reports Nigeiasoccernet.com. The defender is expected to bring his leadership and experience to bolster Erbil’s backline ahead of the Iraq Stars League campaign.
Nduka recently led Remo Stars to their first-ever NPFL title in the 2024/2025 season, marking a historic achievement for the club.
An academy graduate of the Sky Blue Stars, the commanding centre-back rose through the ranks alongside teammates like Sodiq Ismail, Stanley Joseph, and Ahmed Akinyele, cementing his place as one of the club’s most influential players.
