The 26-year-old's impressive performance included two key chances created, 100% dribble success rate, and winning all his duels against Sunderland.
Chukwueze has now registered two assists in five league appearances, all of which have come from the bench.
“We always had the possession well balanced, good performance overall. Massive impact from Emile Smith Rowe and Chukwueze.
“We are going to need Samuel [Chukwueze] from the start, but we will lose him to AFCON soon. Clean sheet, solid.” Silva said.
Silva is impressed with Chukwueze's impact and is considering handing him his first start, recognizing the Nigerian's growing importance to the team.
