New Columbus Crew SC signing Harrison Afful has explained his nomenclature 'The King Harrison’ speaks volumes about his personality.

The Ghana international defender says he always wants to be a winner and on top of the pack.

“I have a lot of nicknames, but I have chosen one at the moment, which I am using on my social account, which is ‘The King Harrison,’ he told the club’s official website.

“A king is always a winner. He’s always at the top. I’m not saying this to boost or something, but I’m the kind of person who always wants to be at the top, so that is why I chose the name ‘King.’

Afful makes a move to the States on a free transfer after exiting Tunisian giants Esperance where he spent six seasons.
