GFA yet to receive letter of injunction, give little away in the form of next action
The Ghana Football association insist that they are waiting the letter from the Accra fast track court before taking up the next line of action.
The Plaintiff a lawyer and a football administration John Quayson secured an injunction from the Accra fast track court to suspend all activities regarding the GFA’S election to be held on 18th August 2015 in Tamale.
The plaintiff is seeking explanation as to why the Presidential Elections of the association is preceding the League, regional football and division one elections.
Thus finding it very fishy and inappropriate but the Ghana Football Association says they will only respond once they are served with the letter.
“We are yet to receive the letter and once we get the letter off course will know how to respond,” the vice President of the association Fred Crentsil told GHANAsoccernet.com
The secured injunction will last for the next ten days before the FA have the opportunity to defend their case or otherwise the Plaintiff have his injunction extended.
