Lebanese league leaders Al-Ansar have unveiled Michael Akuffu, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The midfielder has joined the Beirut-based side are on a short-term loan deal from Asante Kotoko.

He debuted for the club on Friday in their 4-1 win over Tripoli.

Akuffu was thrown into the hat by coach Abood Al-Khodhari as they romped to the heavy win at Al Ahed Stadium in Beirut.

The 29-year-old is expected to marshal the midfield for the Green Glory.
