Chukwuemeka Obioma scored twice in the first half to return the People's Elephant to winning ways as they triumphed the Warriors of Bauchi by 2-0.

After their loss to Remo Stars in their last game, the boys from Aba were on the ascendency from the blast of the whistle in their bid for a goal.

The goal did come and it was the brace hero against Kwara United in the same stadium, Obioma who opened score in the 27th minute.

Enyimba's second goal came just at the dead of the first phase as Obioma scored his fourth goal of the season to make it 2-0 at the close of the half.

At the start of the second half, it was Enyimba's day as Adebambo almost increased the lead in the 53rd minute, but his attempt hit the crossbar.

At the end, the home team did enough to keep the score just like it was at the end of final whistle and take their point on the log to 10 after 6 matches.

They play group A leaders, Bendela Insurance in their next game on Sunday at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.
