Atletico Madrid willing to sacrifice their record signing for Osimhen

Spanish giant, Atletico Madrid recently join the number of top European teams willing to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen at the end of the season. And the Madrid team is willing to take a big step, just to see the in form striker sign the papers. Nigeriasoccenet.com reports.

Osimhen has strongly established himself as one of the best strikers in Europe this season scoring 21 goals in 24 games across competitions.

The Nigerian international is behind just Manchester City’s Erling Haaland in the race for the Golden Shoe in Europe and is six goals clear of his nearest rival Milan’s Lautaro Martinez, in the league standings.

His undeniable qualities have placed on him the attention of teams like Manchester United, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and many more.

And so Atletico knowing this are reportedly ready to sell their record signing Joao Felix this summer, Los Rojiblancos chiefs according to Fichajes are keen to use the funds generated from his sale to pursue the signing of Osimhen.

Napoli on the other hand will not sell the red hot striker for a deal no less than €100m.
